The rooms at Villa Mateo are absolutely amazing! They are cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and a terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun. I felt instantly at home and could truly unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the hairdryer provided in the room to be a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion and it might not bother others at all.

My apartment was amazing adjacent to bars, Gran Canaria and the beach. Well-kept and en suite room, and bed was comfy...

Overall experience was such wonderful. The place was amazing generally speaking. There were well-kept and en suite rooms, central heating, an iron with ironing board, and an electronic key card. Location was quiet, 15 mins walking to Yumbo Centrum.

The location is great for getting around Playa / Maspalomas. The Villa is well equipped with modern amenities and spacious bedrooms. The enclosed garden is a beautiful and peaceful space to relax. The hosts are extremely helpful and attentive to any needs.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the beach and all the cool hangout spots. The villa itself was modern and had everything we needed, including en suite bathrooms in every room. Plus, the outdoor shower and toilet were awesome for rinsing off after a day of snorkeling or horse riding. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler party atmosphere. While Villa Mateo was perfect for chilling out and relaxing, we would have loved to have a designated area where we could blast our music and dance the night away.

I had an amazing time at this place, the location was peaceful and wonderful, just a 15-minute walk from Yumbo Centrum, and the overall experience was fantastic.

We had a blast golfing and snorkeling nearby. The villa had everything we needed for a great family vacation.

My children wanted a larger pool for more swimming space.

The apartment was amazing, with a peaceful location close to everything. The host gave us a nice welcome. The setting was right by the beach and the main areas, with restaurants and Gran Canaria nearby. We enjoyed some nice drinks at Kim's Bar, just 300 meters away.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mateo! the villa's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and fantastic restaurants. the outdoor area was beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. the pool area was great, and we especially loved the bar/cafe with its friendly owner. Villa Mateo will definitely be our first choice for our next trip - we just hope it won't be fully booked!
